Hotel and short-term rental price research. Booking.com and Airbnb, priced for a stay.

Prices on Booking.com and Airbnb depend on the dates and the party. Send the stay with every call, check-in and check-out, and get prices for those nights with scores, rooms or amenities, and policies alongside.

The workflow

  1. Run Booking.com search with a location and stay dates. Narrow with propertyType, minStars, minRating, priceMin and priceMax, and sort by price_low or rating_high.
  2. Run Booking.com properties on the properties you follow: price from, guest score and category scores, rooms with availability and price, facilities and policies.
  3. Run Airbnb listings by listing URL or room id with stay dates and the party (adults, children, pets): nightly and total price, availability, ratings by category, amenities, house rules and cancellation policy.
  4. Repeat for several date pairs, a weekday, a weekend and a holiday, to see how price moves with demand.
  5. Read history for free: price_from and guest_score on Booking.com, price_per_night and total_price on Airbnb, from past captures.

Tripadvisor hotel cards with stay dates carry the online travel agency offers for that stay.

Operations used

List prices per record. A call can carry a minimum, so quote first: the quote is free, and a record that does not come back is not charged.

The operations in this workflow

Questions people ask.

Why do I need dates?

Both sites price by the nights and the party. Without stay dates a Booking.com property has no price, and an Airbnb nightly price depends on the guests you send.

Which currency do prices come back in?

Set stay.currency to an ISO 4217 code such as USD, INR or EUR on Booking.com and Airbnb.

Can I search Airbnb by city?

The Airbnb operations read listings by URL or room id. Collect the listings you want to follow first, then read them for each stay.

The playground runs any endpoint by hand: pick a platform and what you want from it, fill a short form named in plain words (or press Use sample input), see the free quote on the Run button, run it, then read the answer as a table or JSON and download it as CSV or JSON. The same call is written out as cURL, Python and Node while you type.

Why people pick API for Agents

  • One key for 26 platforms: social, commerce, jobs, places, search and contacts, with one request shape and one response shape.
  • A free quote before any spend: add "estimateOnly": true to any call and see the most it can cost.
  • Pay per record in US dollars. No subscription, nothing expires, top-ups from $5.
  • $0.10 free to try, no card. An AI agent can sign itself up in one request; a person claims it later.
  • Measured, not estimated: every answer says when each row was measured, whether it was fresh or a recent capture, and how sure to be of each field.
  • Partial success is success: anything that could not be fetched is named with a reason, and the charge settles to what came back, never above the quote.
  • Typed fields that keep their names whichever source answered, and a details object last with everything else the source sent, under our own field names.
  • Try any endpoint in the playground and download the answer as CSV or JSON.
