Terms of service.

The service reads public pages and returns measured data with its provenance and cost. You pay per record in US dollars from a prepaid balance. Quotes are binding for the call they quote. Records that are not delivered are not charged.

You may not use the service to collect data from pages that require a login, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, or to break any platform's terms or any law that applies to you. One account per person or company.

Balances do not expire. Unused balance is refundable on request to the original payment method, less any processing fee the provider charges.

The service is provided as measured. Where a source is unavailable the response says so and nothing is charged. Liability is limited to the balance on the account.
